Rob Dyson Business Crime Manager	Mary Atherton Coordinator

Rob has been with the Town Centre Company since its launch in 1999. He was appointed as the Security Development Manager to establish Crime Prevention Initiatives in partnership with the Police and Business. Rob started his career in Retail Guarding and moved to in house loss prevention where he spent ten years developing his knowledge and progressing to senior management positions. Rob continues to work on improving the partnership and ensuring its continued success. Mary has been with the Company since 2000 and started her career as one of our Town Centre Ambassadors. In 2002 Mary agreed to take on the support role to the business crime initiative and has never looked back. Mary ensures that all reports from our members are collated and updated into the NBIS System and the day to day queries are addressed. The business crime team are extremely fortunate as we have a very dedicated professional team of Ambassadors and Wardens who work extremely hard to support the initiative its members and its aims. The team are an integral part of the radio link acting as the eyes and ears of the town centre. Our team also supports the town centre in the CCTV control room where alongside the Security response team monitor the town centre and ensure safety for the community.

Our staff have gained there pro guard certificates and whilst not carrying out the role of security officer play a significant part in addressing the fear of crime in town centre.
